Have you always wanted compliments on your pastry? Tired of buying the store bought stuff? Join Mary Carr for this class to learn how to make prize winning pastry and a homemade pie. This is a hands on session where participants will learn techniques by doing, and they will return home with a pie, ready to put into the oven. Supply list available upon registration. $40 registration fee.
