Mara Station on the River B&B

Each well-appointed guest room offers a queen bed and private ensuite with views to the Shuswap River and mountains. A full breakfast is served in the Sun Room each morning, facing the river. Nightly bed & breakfast accommodation in the Mara Train Station can also be arranged when no weekly bookings are in place.

In 2005, Mara Station on the River B&B was constructed and connected to the original Mara Train Station. The expansion provides a full set of Bed and Breakfast amenities including two deluxe guest rooms.

During the Autumn and Spring months we offer six-day retreats to support people in their journey with a diagnosis of cancer or other life-threatening illnesses.

Mara Station is just 5 minutes south of Mara Lake and within minutes of hiking and all outdoor activities. Canoeing is excellent on the Shuswap River for both novice or experienced canoeists.
