Flora Arabella is a famous opera singer who travels the circuit in the Gold Rush cities of the early 1900's. From Kaslo to Sandon to Fairview, Victoria, Skagway, Dawson City and back to Pheonix and Nelson, her voice rings out in the imagination of those who are willing to listen.
Completely original, one of a kind, entirely handmade doll (no purchased heads, hands, feet, or such), 21" high. Head, hands and feet are sculpted of polymer clay, with fabric over wire armature body, silk and various fibres costume, mohair, and beadwork.

The joyful figure emerging from the sterling silver is hand cut with a tiny jeweller's saw. The image is that of a woman celebrating the moment, and the star reminds her to strive to realize her dreams.
Mother of Pearl, freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals, and sterling silver make up this necklace.
