Born in The Netherlands and based at her studio in Sidney, British Columbia, Tine is one of the West Coast's most talented and well known portrait artists. She has received commissions for her portraits of people and pets since 1963 and these hang in homes all over the world.
Recently, Tine has been challenged to create the kind of paintings she has been wanting to do for many years. New media and a style that doesn't follow "all the rules" have combined to give birth to many new paintings.
This limited edition print is the only one produced in Tine's over 40 years as an artist. This is because it was a special inspiration she needed to share with others.
