Wood Haven is a quaint newly built suite located in Super Natural East Sooke. This home is located at the end of a dead end street nestled amongst the trees in a small residential development of family homes on small acreages.
There are a couple of Hobby Farms in the area to buy your fresh produce that is in season as well as many locations to buy still warm fresh eggs. East Sooke is well known for its local Artisans, many of which open their studios for sales so you can view the art pieces and purchase direct from the owner.
Thanks to East Sooke Park, you also have great hiking and walking just minutes from the front door. Stroll onto a beach at Becher Bay or hike all day along the coast trail.
- Want to go for a swim? Matheson Lake is close, a pristine wilderness lake ripe for exploration and fishing.
- Charter a boat nearby at Becher Bay or in Sooke and head to the wild west side for salmon, halibut, rock cod and more.
- Surf the waves at Jordan River approximately 45 minutes away by car.
- Put your Kayak or Canoe in at nearby Anderson Cove and head out to the Sooke Basin.
- Bike or walk your dog on the Galloping Goose Trail and so much more.
Woodhaven offer plenty of parking space which can fit an RV or 1 to 2 cars. There is even an outdoor power outlet in the driveway should you require it.
At the rear of the building there is a grassy yard area with a lovely stone patio area with a privacy screen, patio furniture, out-door games, a large BBQ and your private entrance as well as an open outdoor shower.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet and single sink. One ground floor bedroom with laundry closet and a Jacuzzi tub. The country kitchen is well equipped including a blender, toaster, microwave, full stove with an oven and a large country sink.
The second floor opens up into a large sitting area with a wall mounted LCD TV, DVD player, movies and board games.
The bedroom area has a queen size bed.
