A superb lineup of more than 40 artists has put Quadra Island on the studio tour map for 17 years. Come see for yourself and experience some island flair on Saturday and Sunday, June 1st and 2nd 2019. Your day begins with a 10 min ferry trip from Campbell River across the sparkling waters of Discovery Passage.

The lush island landscape is your backdrop for a driving tour that takes you through villages, past cottages on lakes, and down country roads. You can begin to experience our deep love of nature and how it inspires island artists.

Vibrant paintings of sunsets, smooth and glassy stone sculptures, wood art with a distinct west coast theme, world class pottery, printmaking, textile art, jewellery, and unique glass art are some of the varied mediums being featured in 22 studios across the island as well as at the community centre. The highlight of every local artist, this weekend kicks off a busy summer of visitors. Studios will be stocked with stylish gifts to tempt you and delight your senses.

The Community Centre is the hub for artisan food, restrooms, an exhibition, door prize draw, as well as many more artists.

This year you can experience feature demonstrations by visiting Indonesian painter/printmaker Ipong Pernami Surdur as hosted by DiPAX. (Discovery Passage Artist Exchange)

Find a reason to visit – we'd love to see you! For overnight visitors there are lodges, B&B's, and camping. For the adventurous there are wildlife tours, kayaking, swimming, mountain biking, climbing, fishing, and golf. This is your weekend getaway highlight of the year.

Map tickets have always been $5 each. Children 12 & under free.
Tour hours: Saturday 10 – 5 Sunday 10 – 4

Tickets are available at the Campbell River Art Gallery and Comox Valley Art Gallery or on the island at the Tourist Booth located near the Credit Union (just up from the ferry terminal) and also at 'Inspirations' at the Cove, or 'Works of H'Art' in Heriot Bay.
