Drop in Classes:
Level 1: Based on the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, this is an energetic yoga class for beginners. This class develops strength and flexibility as well as balance.
Level 2: More advanced poses are introduced into the mix. Best for those who have taken the level one class, have a consistent yoga practice and are ready for more challenge.
Yoga Beat: In this class we practice Ashtanga Yoga, synchronizing ujjayi breath to the beat of a drum. Prerequisite for this class is level 2.
