Jam/Jelly Canning Class

Have you always wanted to learn to can all of the great fruit available into jams and jellies? Join this class with Nicole Vaugeois to go over the basics of preserving fruits through canning. Basic including the necessary supplies, techniques and problem shooting will be covered. Participants will learn by doing and leave with a can of blackberry or plum jam. Handouts and supply list provided for post workshop canning at home. $40 registration fee.
