INTRO TO HANDWEAVING

If you have a yearning to learn to weave - just want to try it out or need a refresher this is the perfect opportunity. This program runs for 5 consecutive weeks - completing 2 projects. Using an array of left over yarns, colors & textures we first cover calculating & making your warp, threading the loom & weaving it off - with my guidance.. The second project will be another scarf using the same technique as before but the student will design, calculate, make the warp & thread the loom on their own with Cheryl acting as mentor. This process ensures the method is understood and remembered. Student can use their own loom or use a borrowed one for this first level and can supply their own yarns or purchase supplies in the studio
