Milner Gardens & Woodland

Donated to Vancouver Island University in 1996, this exquisite estate offers students and the public an opportunity to experience a large, established garden of singular charm and artistic and historical significance. Milner Gardens & Woodland is a 70 acre Seaside Estate Garden and forest in a Coastal Douglas Fir woodland in Qualicum Beach surrounding a heritage house. The garden includes plants from the temperate zones around the world including a unique collection of 500 rhododendrons. Interpretative trails, educational tours, gift shop and refreshments are all available. The vine covered gabled house is available for rental for meetings.

Open 10am to 5pm daily from May until Labour Day,
open Thur to Sun and holiday Mon in April and after Labour Day until Thanksgiving.
