Creating handmade optical soundtrack on 35mm motion picture film. These shapes are played back as sound during projection.

This is a view along the light table, it is about 4 seconds of 35mm film.

Mountain were made by scratching into opaque film stock and hand colouring with ink. The stars were made using a pin tool.

This image was created from a handmade stamp dipped into bleach and set on colour opaque film for several seconds.
