CHIAROSCURO PHOTOGRAPHIC GALLERY, PATRIZIA MENTON

Italian-born Patrizia Menton grew up in Italy and Germany before moving to Canada in her twenties. Her keen interest in the visual arts led her to study photography and printmaking in Vancouver BC in the eighties, allowing her to seriously pursue her own photographic vision. Steeped in traditional darkroom skills, which she feels lets her create one of a kind prints, her work in fine art photography includes black & white and color, with particular focus on Cibachrome printing. Patrizia's work has been exhibited both in Italy and Canada since 1993. She has produced 2 photographic books and her work has been published in numerous architectural magazines. Patrizia Menton's studio, CHIAROSCURO PHOTOGRAPHIC GALLERY, is located in Hills, BC on Slocan Lake, where her current work is always on display.
