A new year has come and we from GoBC are looking forward to making this year an even better year for all of our participants. We have continuously added features, at no extra cost*, to provide new marketing tools to promote your business internationally!

Some of you already use our availability calendar on your own web site and love how easy it is - you only update your information once and your availability is shown on your own web site and on your GoBC listing!
Want to try for yourself?
This FREE feature for accommodations keeps bookings up to date by submitting the information only once. To view how our calendar could look on your web site, just follow the link to Beachfront Vesuvius at www.beachfrontvesuvius.com on Salt Spring Island. Other display options are possible, just send us your request via an email.
Or Use these 5 Steps;
1)login to your admin area
2)select Accommodation Setup
3)select Edit Calendar
4)scroll to the bottom select the Java Script code (choose first or second option)
5)paste Java Script code on your website on the correct page

Use Yours
If you already have an availability calendar to take bookings on your web site, just send us the location of your XML file and all the information will remain consistently updated on both sites. You never need to type the information a second time! Contact our system administrator for more assistance. (Contact Us)
 
Why should BC Visitors travel to Your Area?
We are very proud of the response our GoBC web site’s Event Calendar has received from residents all over British Columbia and from our national and international travelers. As we can’t be everywhere, we hope some of you can tell us about any of your area’s special highlights or events to list on the GoBC provincial Events Calendar, which will not only promote your community for FREE worldwide, but also to all residents in nearby communities. We even have the possibility of promoting events through an automatic event feed,  if supplied as an XML file – as done successfully with the community of Kamloops! (Contact Us)

Hot Spots in BC!
Do you or anyone you know, in your community provide Free Wireless Internet Access? (For example; cafes, shops, or businesses.) Let us know who and where they are - they will thank you for it! Since more and more visitors want to be able to send their loved ones emails, photos, or be in touch with the office during their trip, we want to let them know where in all communities (large and small) they can find access.

We greatly appreciate your contributions and continued support within your community. 

With your help, the support of the community, and the increasing usage of GoBC by English and German speaking tourists, we are very confident these tools will assist you in gaining more exposure and results!
