Ptarmigan Music and Theatre Society, Patrick Smith

Formed in BC in 1991, Ptarmigan is a voluntary support
organization reaching members of the community through
the delivery of subsidized arts programs.

Ptarmigan offers healing and educational programs
for communities within B.C. in music, theatre, dance
and the visual arts. Where there is a demonstrated
need, Ptarmigan offers programs to specific groups from
across Canada.
