Davyd Oram

Davyd Oram is a Painter, Muralist and Illustrator from the wet west coast of B.C. Canada. A prolific creator that often travels as a live muralist sharing the stage with various musicians, his artwork and installations have been shown in countless venues and galleries as well as in collaboration with various commercial clients and private commissions.


“I am culture just as you are culture. Really, all of this is about exploring the process of it all. As a carpenter works with wood or a fabricator in plastics or heavy metals, I am actively engaged in exploring and developing my craft. Uncovering the artisans eye and peeling back the layers along the way. Dissection of productivity is reserved for hindsight. Were here to live and to create. The short of it is about being open and aware enough to respond even in the middle of the thick of it.”
